Crispy Eggplant Fingers


 

 Ingredients 



 
2 pcs medium eggplant

1 pc egg beaten

half cup breading mix

1 cup bread crumbs

2 cups oil

salt and pepper




Procedure
 



Cut eggplant thinly.
 
Season with salt and pepper.

Coat with breading mix. 

Dip into the egg.
 
Coat with bread crumbs.
 
Fry until golden brown.
 
Serve with catsup.
