Ingredients 500 grams chicken 3 tablespoon soy sauce 1 cloves minced garlic seasoning ground black pepper 3 pieces medium kalamansi 1 teaspoon brown sugar * In a bowl combine soy sauce, seasoning, minced garlic, ground black pepper, kalamansi and sugar. * Mix well and marinate the chicken for 1 hour. * Pour the chicken and the marinate liquid in a pan. * Boil until the chicken is cook. * Let the liquid reduced until it's gone and chicken oil comes out. *Let the chicken oil cook the chicken until it turned golden brown.
