Sardines Recipes affordable and budget friendly


Sardines Hardinera


Ingredients 


1 can King Cup sardines in chili sauce or anong prefered niyong variant.Kung gusto ng maraming magawa dagdagan lang ang dami.
Garlic and onion
slice hot dog or sausage
1pc egg
1 pc boiled egg or salted egg
salt
1teaspoon oil


Procedure: 


*Durugin ang sardinas, haluan ng maliliit na hiwa ng bawang at sibuyas ihalo ang itlog.
*Lagyan ng oil ang lyanera.Ilagay sa lyanera ang mixture lagyan ng hiniwang hotdog or sausage, ilagay din ang hiniwang itlog at buong sardinas para may chunks ng sardinas.
*Ilagay sa oven ng 10 minutes or hanggang maluto, pwede ring steam sa mga walang oven.
*Serve and enjoy




Kalderetang Sardinas

Ingredients

1 cup sardines or depende sa dami ng gustong lutuin if gusto ng marami you can use 3 cans or more
1 medium potato slice in cube
1 medium carrot slice in cube
1tbps minced garlic
1tbps slice onion
1 tbps oil
bell pepper
green peas(optional)
Kaldereta mix
 

Procedure


Saute garlic and onion
Add Sardines and bring to boil
Add carrots and potato let it boil until lumambot
Add bell pepper and paminta
Now you can serve it with rice.






Sardines Pasta



Ingredients:


1cup sardines
150 grams cooked  pasta
garlic & onion
1tbps oil
1piece Knorr beef cube


Procedure
 

Saute garlic and onion
Add sardines and 1/4 cup water
Add knorr beef cube let it boil for 1 minute
Add cooked pasta and stir until sauce spread evenly into the pasta
Now your quick and easy snack is ready to serve



Lumpiang Sardinas


Ingredients


1 can sardines
1/2 cup grated carrots
1tbps minced garlic & onion
any seasoning
pepper
Lumpia wrapper


Procedure 


Remove Sardines sauce.
Durugin and sardinas then mix it with grated carrots, seasoning,pepper, garlic and onion.
Wrap it with lumpia wrapper.
Deep fry it into boiling oil until golden brown.
Serve with chili sauce or catsup






Tortang Sardinas with Malunggay


Ingredients 


1 cup sardines
2 pcs medium egg
minced garlic and onion
seasoning
paminta 
oil
malunggay leaves


Procedure


Alisin ang sabaw ng sardinas.
Durugin ang laman ng sardinas at ihalo ang malunggay leaves,egg,seasoning,garlic and onion haluin maigi.
Magpainit ng mantika at iprito ang mixture depende sa gusto mong laki ng torta.Ang ginawa ko 2 kutsara kaya maliit lang.Pag golden brown na pwede na itong hanguin.
May adfordable and nutritious ulam ka na.






Sardines  Egg Overload


Ingredients
 

2 pcs boiled egg
1piece raw egg
1 can sardines
onion and garlic
oil
salt &pepper



Procedure



Igisa ang garlic and onion.
Add sardines and raw egg mix it well.
Add salt and pepper then add boiled egg.
Ready to serve na quick and easy.



This is Pansit with Sardines
 



Ingredients 



1 can sardines
200 grams pansit bihon or canton
garlic and onion
1cup slice carrot or cabbage
seasoning
paminta


Procedure 

Igisa ang sibuyas at bawang.
Idagdag ang sardinas and 1cup water.
Pag kumulo na add carrots or cabbage and seasoning at paminta.
Add bihon or canton mix well until matuyo ang sabaw.
Then ready  na ang pampahaba ng buhay.




Sardines Snack 






Fish ball na gawa sa sardinas sana ang gagawin ko kaso  di siya nabilog palpak ang shape. Pero masarap siya hindi as in kasing lasa ng fish ball na nabibili kay manong dahil sa lasa ng sardinas. Pwedeng ulam pwede ring meryenda.



      Ingredients


1 can sardines
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon onion finely chop
pinch of salt & ground pepper
1 piece medium egg
spring onion ( optional)
1/4 cup water
Oil for frying




*Alisin ang sabaw ng sardinas
*Durugin ang laman
*In a bowl haluin ang onion, garlic, dinurog na sardinas
* Add flour, egg and water. Kung masyado pang malapot pwede idagdag ang sabaw ng sardinas dagdag lasa din siya. Then add salt and pepper kung trip niyo spring onion pwede nyo rin haluan.
* Mix well ang mga ingredients .
*Magpainit ng mantika kapag mainit na mag scoop ng isang kutsarita or 1 kutsara sa mixture bilugin or pwede sin then deep fry until golden brown. Then itabi habang ginagawa ang sawsawan.


 Para sa sawsawan 


1/2 cup flour
1 kutsarang soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
sili or chili paste
1 kutsarang bawang
1kutsarang hiniwang sibuyas
1 1/2. cup water
*Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas then add water
* Tunawin ang harina sa tubig at ibuhos sa ginisang sibuyas at bawang.
Kapag malapot na add soy sauce and sugar haluin maigi then add chili paste or sili . Pakuluin hangang makuha ang tamang consistency kapag masyadong malapot dagdagan ng kaunting tubig. Pakuluin at ready na ang iyong sauce. 

 

Sardinas with Odong or Miki



                One of my ultimate favorite dahil isa to sa niluluto ng pamilya namin sa probinsya. Madaling lutuin at napaka simple. 



Ingredients


1 can sardines
4-5 packs odong or 200 grams miki 
bawang
sibuyas
mantika 
asin/ seasoning



  • Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas.Ilagay ang sardinas.Dagdagan ng tubig pakuluin at ilagay ang odong/ miki add asin or seasoning.Pakuluin until maluto ang noodles.


Macaroni with Sardines 


The macaroni pasta that I used  is a leftover from New Year celebration. No more available ingredients at home I saw sardines in the food cabinet so I tried cooking  the macaroni with 1 can of sardines. The result is good. I have leftover mixture of cream,milk and cheese too from my no bake macaroni during New Year and it taste good with it too.


Ingredients: 


Macaroni 150 grams
1 can sardines
onion
garlic
oil
butter or margarine
seaoning I used magic sarap
pepper
1/4 cup water


Procedure:


Saute garlic and onion with oil and margarine.
Add sardines seasoning,pepper and water.
Boil for 3 minutes then add the pre-cooked macaroni. Mix well and toast for 1 minute.
Serve and eat. Quick and easy right?

with mixture of cream,milk  and cheese.



Sardines Sotanghon Soup









Ingredients:


1 can sardines
150 grams sotanghon
garlic
onion
oil
water
salt/ seasoning
spring onion

❤️Saute garlic and onion
❤️Pour sardines then add 3-4 cups water.
Bring to boil.
❤️Add sotanghon ,seasoning, and spring onion. Boil until sotanghon is fully cooked.



Sardines Fried Rice






Ingredients



1 can sardines in tomato sauce
2 cups cooked rice/ leftover rice
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp oil/ margarine or butter 
salt or seasoning



*Separate the sauce of the sardines from the fish.
*Fry fish until golden brown then set aside.
*Saute garlic and add the sauce
*Add  cooked rice,salt or seasoning mix well. You can add spring onion if you want for additional color.
Served and enjoy with the fried sardines.






Sardines Salad







Ingredients



1 can 555 fried sardines or any brand or variant
150 grams lettuce
3 tablespoon mayonaise
1 tablespoon chopped onion



Procedure


🍀Remove sardines sauce
🍀mash sardines
🍀mix all the ingredients.
    




Ginisang Upo with Sardines









Ingredients





1 whole medium size Upo

1 can sardines in tomato sauce

1 tablespoon onion and garlic

1Teaspoon salt or seasoning

2 tablespoon oil




* Hiwain ang upo at hugasan

* Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas then add Upo. Haluin at idagdag ang sardinas.

*Pakuluin at idagdag ang seasoning hayaang kumulo hanggang lumambot at maluto.


Asadong Sitaw with Crispy Sardines





Ingredients 


1 can sardinas
 Cornstarch 
Sitaw 
Sibuyas 
Bawang
 Oil 
Soy sauce 
Sugar 


Ihiwalay ang sabaw ng sardinas.

Pagulungin sa cornstarch ang sardinas pweding timplahan ng asin or paminta.

Iprito hanggang maging golden brown at itabi muna.

Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas. Ilagay ang sitaw haluin ng haluin hanggang maluto at medyo malambot na.

Idagdag ang toyo at haluin maigi para manuot sa sitaw ang lasa.

Lagyan ng asukal at haluin hanggang mag caramelize ito.

Idagdag ang pritong sardinas.
