Burger Steak Patty Homemade

       Burger steak is a burger patty cooked with creamy gravy like sauce with a bit of mushroom.  The taste of mushroom added a unique flavor to it. I tasted it first in one of the famous original Filipino Fast food chain Jollibee. The price is affordable. The price before is I think 49 pesos 1 piece burger steak with rice. This is one of my daughter’s favorites too. She likes the mushroom on a creamy sauce plus the beefy burger patty.        Burger steak became famous in the Philippines and a lot of Filipinos do their own version of it. And I learn to try it on my own too. I bought a burger patty at the supermarket and cooked for my daughter. Sometimes I add a slice of potato on it to serve as an extender to make the dish more flavorful and an addition also to the ingredients.        Cooking my own burger steak at home I always used CDO burger patty it taste good and so beefy. Crispy Calamari Rings

         Isa sa masarap na luto ng Squid ay ang iprito ito ng crispy. Nakakasawa kasi minsan ang karaniwang luto nito na adobo o inihaw. Masarap naman ito pero pag palaging ganun ang luto nakaka umay na. Masarap ang pritong pusit ulam sa kanin, pangmeryenda at pampulutan para sa mga manginginom.Tiyak na masarap ang inuman kapag may crispy calamari ka.            Paborito ng anak ko ang crispy squid  kaya nagluto ako kahit higpit ng budget ko.Di makaila na sa Pilipinas mahal ang pusit.Kaya sa kagaya ko na hindi nakakaluwag sa buhay hindi basta basta makabili nito. Swerte ko kasi may nakita ako palengke na medyo mura na pusit 75 ang kalahating kilo. Bumili ako ng isang piraso medyo malaki ito sa halagang 35 pesos. Tapos may kaunting harina ako at breeding mix sa bahay kaya nakatipid ako. Bumili ako ng isang pirasong Rebisco crackers tapos dinurog ko para gawing bread crumbs.            Nilinis ko muna ang pusit,tinanggal ang lamang loob at binalatan. Ginataang Tulingan

Ingredients 1/2 kilogram medium size Tulingan or depende sa laki at dami na gusto ninyo  1 cup gata ng niyog  Pechay  Siling berde  Paminta  Seasoning, asin or patis  Suka  Sibuyas  Bawang  Luya  Mantika    *Iprito ng bahagya ang tulingan.  * Pagkatapos iprito laygan ng 3 kutsarang suka kaunting tubig,hiniwang luya,sibuyas at bawang. Timplahan ng asin or seasoning tapos paminta. Pakuluin ng tatlong minuto.  *Ibuhos ang gata at hayaang kumulo hanggang mag reduce ang sabaw at lumabas ang mantika ng niyog.  *Ilagay ang pechay at siling berde.  *Pakuluin hanggang maluto ang pechay.  *Serve with mainit na kanin and enjoy.

Crispy Mini Eggplant Omellete with two kinds of dipping sauce

            Nakabili ako ng maliliit na talong dapat ay igigisa ko lang ito with oyster sauce and kunting karneng baboy pero sabi ng anak ko itorta na lang daw. Nag- alangan ako kasi maliliit nga ang nabili ko. Pero mas ok pala kapag maliit kasi madaling maluto. Madali ding lagyan ng coating tulad ng itlog.               May napanood akong video na instead na itlog lang ang ilagay nilagyan niya  ng Crispy Fry breeding mix para sa fried chicken.Naisipan kong lagyan ito para masubukan kung ano nga ba ang lasa kapag may Crispy fry. At masarap pala siya at naging crispy ang tortang talong. Dahil may natira pang kaunting crispy fry naisipan ko na ring gumawa ng gravy para sawsawan. Tapos may suka ako ng burong sibuyas masarap din na sawsawan sabay kain na rin ng burong sibuyas.    Crispy Eggplant Omellete  Ingredients             Eggplant             1 piece egg              2 tablespoon corn starch               1 pack Crispy fry or any breeding mix                Seasoning any brand     

Yellowfin Tuna sinabawang panga

  Ingredients   1 kilo panga ng yellowfin  3 pieces ripe tomato  1 piece leaks  1 peice large onion  2 pieces green chili  ginger chopped thinly   seasoning  salt  black pepper  fish sauce * Magpakulo ng 1 and 1/2 liter ng tubig.  * Ilagay ang sibuyas,luya,at kamatis.  *Pakuluin at kapag kulong kulo na ilagay ang isda.  * Pakuluin hanggang maluto ang isda.  *Templahan ng asin,patis o seasoning. Ilagay ang paminta.  *Ilagay ang sili at sibuyas dahon.  *Pakuluin ng isang minuto.

  Ingredients   4 tablespoon clear gulaman/gelatin  1 sachet Milo or any powdered chocolate drink  3  tablespoon sugar  1/2 cup fresh milk or evaporated milk.  Water   Ice  *Cook gelatin according to pack instruction, then add 1 tablespoon sugar. *Chill and slice into small cubes then set aside.  * Dissolve Milo and 1 tablespoon sugar in hot water.  *Pour into glass, add ice and milk.  *Put some gelatin on top. 

Stuffed Fried Tilapia marinated in soy sauce

  Ingredients 2 pieces medium tilapia  2 tablespoon soy sauce 1  medium onion (minced) 1 piece green chili cut into halves 2 pieces medium tomato (minced) seasoning or salt  *Marinate  tilapia for 1 hour or more. *After an hour, put minced onion, tomato, and green chili inside tilapia. *Sprinkle some salt or seasoning into the skin of the tilapia. * Fry until it evenly cook. * Serve with toyo, kalamansi, chili with minced onion.

Burong sibuyas ( pickled onion)

  500 grams medium red onion  2 cups white vinegar  1 clove garlic   3 pieces green chili  2 tablespoon rock salt  1 teaspon sugar    * Balatan at hiwain sa kalahati ang sibuyas. *Hiwain ang green chili at alisin ang buto.  * Dikdikin ang isang pirasong bawang.  * Sa isang garapon or anumang lalagyan pagsama samahin ang sibuyas, bawang, at sili.  * Timplahan ng asin at asukal. *Ibuhos ang suka and make sure na nakalubog lahat ng sibuyas.  *Takpan mabuti. Kung gusto ng maraming burong sibuyas dagdagan lamang ang dami ng mga ingredients 

Mas malalang Virus kaysa Covid-19 sa Pilipinas lang matatagpuan????

            Dalawang taon mahigit na rin tayong nagdusa sa bagsik ng virus na Covid-19. Sino ba naman ang hindi naapektuhan sa virus na ito halos tumigil ang ikot ng mundo natin ng hindi natin inaasahan .Sa isang iglap hindi tayo pwedeng lumabas sa ating tahanan.Hindi pwedeng  bumyahe, walang masakyan. Ang mga mahihirap ay lalong naghirap dahil hind pwedeng maghanapbuhay. Umaasa na lamang sa ayuda ng may mabuting pusong nakakaluwag sa buhay. Swerte mo na lang kung naisali ka sa listahan ng mga nakatanggap ng ayuda mula sa gobyerno.              Ang malala ay ang mga taong namatay dahil sa virus. Marami ang nagdalamhati dahil nawalan ng mahal sa buhay. Ordinaryo o kilalang tao walang pinipili. Masakit sa puso kapag napapanood sa telebisyon ang mga mga iyak ng mga taong nawalan ng mahal sa buhay. Nakakatakot dahil hindi nakikita ang kalaban. Maaring ako, ikaw, siya na ang susunod. Soy Sauce Chicken Pan Grilled

  Ingredients 500 grams chicken 3 tablespoon soy sauce 1 cloves minced garlic seasoning ground black pepper 3 pieces medium kalamansi 1 teaspoon brown sugar * In a bowl combine soy sauce, seasoning, minced garlic, ground black pepper, kalamansi and sugar. * Mix well and marinate the chicken for 1 hour.  * Pour the chicken and the marinate liquid in a pan. * Boil until the chicken is cook. * Let the liquid reduced until it's gone and chicken oil comes out.  *Let the chicken oil cook the chicken until it turned golden brown.

Sweet buttered shrimp low budget recipe

  Ingredients  250 grams shrimp                                              100 grams butter  6 cloves garlic minced  Medium size onion minced  2 tablespoon banana catsup  2 tablespoon oyster sauce  1 cup sprite  3 tablespoon oil  ground black pepper  1 piece green chili sliced thinly  1/4 teaspoon salt   *Saute garlic and onion until the aroma comes out.  * Add butter until it melts and onion and garlic turn a little bit golden brown.  * Saute shrimp, after 1 minute pour sprite. Let it boil.  *Add banana catsup and oyster sauce.   *Add salt according to your desired saltiness.   *Sprinkle ground black pepper.   *Let it boil until the liquid reduce.  * Serve and top with chopped green chili to add color and a bit of spicy taste.

Broccoli and Cauliflower with boiled egg

  Ingredients 2 cups broccoli 2 cups cauliflower 2 pieces boiled egg 1/4 cup ground pork garlic  onion  oil  oyster sauce seasoning black pepper  cornstarch Saute garlic and onion. Saute ground pork until it turned golden brown. Add broccoli and cauliflower.  Mix well then add half cup water. Let it boil until vegetables is half cooked. Add seasoning, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Add dissolve cornstarch. Let it boil until sauce become thick. Add boiled egg. Serve and enjoy.   Easy Fish Soup Recipe Ingredients Fish galunggong or any kind of fish Tomato Leaks Onion Salt or seasoning Water Pepper Green chili Boil water according to your preferred volume of broth. Add tomato and onion, boil for few minutes. Add fish and salt or seasoning. Let it boil until the fish is cook. Add leaks and green chili.

  Ingredients        3 cups fried tofu cut in small cubes       1 cup mayonaise        3 tablespoon oyster sauce         minced garlic          chopped onion           1 piece chopped bell pepper           2 pieces chopped green chili  Saute garlic and onion. Saute the bell pepper  Add fried tofu. Pour oyster sauce and mix to spread evenly the flavor. Add mayonaise and green chili. Top with chopped onion.

creamy squash and mushroom soup

  Ingredients 1 cup boiled squash 4 tablespoon Knorr cream of mushroom  150 ml all purpose cream 1/2 cup evaporated milk salt and ground black  pepper 1 cup water Smash boiled squash or use blender to soften the squash. Boil 1 cup water and evaporated milk. Add dissolved  Knorr cream of mushroom. Stir well and pour all purpose cream. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Stir and boil until it become thick.

Fish Recipe

Fish Fillet Ala king    Ingredients Bangus or any fish deboned and washed  Corn starch and chicken breading mix  Salt and ground pepper  1 piece egg  Oil for frying  For the sauce:    Evaporated milk/ all purpose cream  Corn starch  Grated carrots  salt and pepper  Chopped spring onions or leaks   *Coat fish with mix corn starch and breading mix.  * Dip into the egg. And dip again to the corn starch and breading mix. *Fry until golden brown. In a pan boil the evaporated  milk and cream.Seasoned with salt and pepper. Add slurry ( water and corn starch mixture) Stir well until it turn sticky. Add grated carrots. Pour into the fish fillet. Sprinkle chopped spring onion
