Homemade Fish Balls Without  Fish?

To enjoy tasty fish balls, who says you need fish? I'm going to share my homemade version of this well-liked street food today. It's a tasty snack that you can probably make at home using basic materials.
Do you know there’s no fish in these fish balls. Instead, I used a flavorful batter of all purpose flour, spring onions, seasoning, pepper and water.

Ingredients

 1 cup all purpose flour
 spring onions
 magic sarap seasoning
 black ground pepper
half cup water
1 piece egg
Chili  flakes ( optional)

Procedure

Mix the Batte  In a bowl, combine flour, chopped spring onions, and seasonings. Slowly add water while stirring until you have a thick but pourable batter.

Shape & Fry   Using a spoon, drop small portions of batter into hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Serve with Sauce   My favorite is the classic sweet and spicy sauce, perfect for dipping.

What it taste like?

These small snacks have a fluffy texture and crunchy edges, making them incredibly flavorful even without fish. The flavors make every bite stand out, and the spring onions give a delightfully fresh flavor.

These homemade fishless fish balls are a great option for anyone who is vegetarian, on a tight budget, or simply in the mood for a delicious snack. They're usually a hit whether served as movie-night snacks, a party appetizer, or a midday merienda!
