Crispy Mini Eggplant Omellete with two kinds of dipping sauce
Nakabili ako ng maliliit na talong dapat ay igigisa ko lang ito with oyster sauce and kunting karneng baboy pero sabi ng anak ko itorta na lang daw. Nag- alangan ako kasi maliliit nga ang nabili ko. Pero mas ok pala kapag maliit kasi madaling maluto. Madali ding lagyan ng coating tulad ng itlog.
May napanood akong video na instead na itlog lang ang ilagay nilagyan niya ng Crispy Fry breeding mix para sa fried chicken.Naisipan kong lagyan ito para masubukan kung ano nga ba ang lasa kapag may Crispy fry. At masarap pala siya at naging crispy ang tortang talong. Dahil may natira pang kaunting crispy fry naisipan ko na ring gumawa ng gravy para sawsawan. Tapos may suka ako ng burong sibuyas masarap din na sawsawan sabay kain na rin ng burong sibuyas.
Crispy Eggplant Omellete
Ingredients
Eggplant
1 piece egg
2 tablespoon corn starch
1 pack Crispy fry or any breeding mix
Seasoning any brand
Oil for frying
*Boil or grill the eggplant.
* Peel eggplant and mashed with fork and flatten it.
*Mix corn starch and breeding mix in a bowl.
*Beat the egg and sprinkle seasoning.
* Coat eggplant with breeding mix and dip into the egg.
*Fry until it turned golden brown .
For the gravy:
*In a pan boil 1/4 cup water.
* Dissolve 1 tablespoon corn starch and 3 tablespoon breeding mix.
*Pour into the boiling water.
*Add a little amount of soy sauce. Garlic powder if you want .
*Stir until the sauce become thick.
