cold chocolate drink with clear gelatin

 



Ingredients 




4 tablespoon clear gulaman/gelatin 

1 sachet Milo or any powdered chocolate drink 

3  tablespoon sugar 

1/2 cup fresh milk or evaporated milk. 

Water 

 Ice 



*Cook gelatin according to pack instruction, then add 1 tablespoon sugar.


*Chill and slice into small cubes then set aside. 


* Dissolve Milo and 1 tablespoon sugar in hot water. 



*Pour into glass, add ice and milk. 



*Put some gelatin on top.

                  Covid-19 pandemic made our lives financially unstable.This holiday season we want to serve our family delicious food to share with them. But the reality is that some are unfortunate. I just want to share my simple and easy dessert for those having low budget this coming New Year celebration or even during ordinary day.  With just 3 ingredients your family will surely enjoy it. This approximately cost about 130 pesos.  Ingredients: gelatin powder  buko pandan flavor condense milk all purpose cream water Procedure: Boil about 6 cups of water and sprinkle gelatin powder. Stir well until it become a little bit sticky. Pour it in a molding container. Refrigerate until it become firm Slice into small cube.  Put condense milk and all purpose cream mix it well. Chill for about 6 hours. Enjoy your afforfable and budget friendly dessert.    Frozen Yogurt Dessert with just two ingredients
