Crispy Tahong

 



Ingredients 


bolied tahong ( mussels 

egg 

cornstarch 

bread crumbs 

salt and pepper 

seasoning 

oil 




*Seasoned tahong with salt and pepper or seasoning.

* Dip tahong into the cornstarch.

*Dip in the egg.

*Coat with bread crumbs.

*Fry until it turn golden brown.
