     Do you still remember how your relationship with your partner started? The first time you meet. The meeting place ,how you introduced yourself to each other. Do you like her or him right away? The basic event of a relationship is the first time you encounter each other. First impressions, is it good or bad? Well every person has its own story to tell how every relationship started.           Love is the main reason why we enter into an intimate relationship. When we fall  in love we always want to stay by that person. Being with them is our high dose of happiness .Feeling in love is the sweetest feeling of all. The surroundings are magical and colorful .We smile without valid reason, our life loaded with inspiration.    Pizza made of slice bread      Bread is one of the staple  foods . We can eat during breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks or anytime to feed our hungry stomach. Frequent eating of bread makes us feel boring and it taste bland specially eating it plain. Though eating it with our favorite filling makes it  flavorful  it is good to try some ways to level up boring slice bread. Eating it with hotdogs, ham, egg is the usual way to partner with our bread.        I just want to share my recipe. Many people did it already but I just want to share my way of preparing it. I flattened the bread using glass because I  don’t  have rolling pin at home .   It came up an idea of doing it as homemade pizza. I have left over luncheon meat and sausage. I have slice pineapple and  cheese too  so the idea is perfect. I just used the ingredients available in our kitchen.         Ingredients     Slice bread   Sausage,  hotdogs, or  luncheon meat   Slice pineapple   Slice onion   Grated cheese   Catsup       *

  Sweet and Sour Tofu  Ingredients   3 cups fried tofu  Bell pepper  green chili  tomato garlic  onion  banana catsup  pineapple juice  pineapple chunks  cornstarch  salt or seasoning  ground black pepper  oil  *Sprinkle seasoning or salt to the tofu. *Coat with cornstarch evenly. *Fry until it become crispy and golden brown. Set aside.   *In a pan, saute garlic and onion. *Add tomato and bell pepper.  *Put fried tokwa and mix. *Add 1 cup water and pineapple juice. *Add catsup,seasoning and ground pepper.                   Pork leg soup is a delicious soup made of pork leg boiled until it become tender. The longer time it boil, the soup is more tastier. Vegetables like cabbage,pechay,potato,beans and green chili is added to the boiled meat. There are two kinds of soup Filipinos do with pork leg. Sinigang is a sour version. Kangkong,eggplant,gabi,and beans are usually the vegetables added to this. Sampalok or tamarind is added to make the soup sour but there are instant sinigang mix sold in the market for a convenient way of cooking. My favorite version is the plain one called "Nilaga" . I like adding sweet corn to it because it add a little sweet taste to the soup. So good to eat while enjoying our leisure time with the family during bonding moments.
