Beef with Broccoli Cauliflower and Carrots

     


  Beef with broccoli and carrots a delicious and nutritious recipe. A combination of beef and vegetable. Broccoli is a good source of fiber, protein,iron,potassium,calcium,selenium,and magnesium. With vitamins A,C,E,K and B vitamins and folic acid. Carrots is full of antioxidants and have lots of health benefits too. Rich in beta carotene vitamin A, Vita min K, iron and rich in fiber too. Cauliflower is very rich in vitamin C. Beef is high in protien which help muscle build up. Rich in minerals such as phosphorus, selenium and zinc.

        Usually it's just beef with broccoli.Unfortunately I only have few grams of broccoli so I decided to add cauliflower and carrots. The dish is colorful and delicious. Not just yummy but eye catching because of the color combination.

 

How to cook beef with broccoli, cauliflower and carrots?



You will need:


 

1/2 kilogram beef slice thinly 

1 cup broccoli 

1 cup cauliflower 

1 cup slice carrots 

Ginger 

Garlic 

Onion 

Butter/ margarine 

1- 2 tablespoon oil 

1/2 cup oyster sauce 

water 

seasoning (optional) 

black pepper 



*Heat butter and saute ginger,garlic and onion. Add oil and saute beef until it turned a little bit brown. 

*Add water and boil until meat become tender 

*In a separate pan, stir fry broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Add a pinch of seasoning.

* When beef is tender add the stir fried vegetables.

*Add oyster sauce, and pepper.

*Boil for few minutes. If you want more sauce just add more water.
