Chopsuey Filipino chopsuey is a good source of many vitamins, including calcium, iron, vitamin B6, vitamin C and folic and pantothenic acids. It has an average calorie and fat content and a high carbohydrate and protein content. I can say eating Chopsuey will give you a high dosage of vitamins and fiber that your body need. Carrots are a good source of beta carotene,fiber, potassium,antioxidants and vitamin K1. Green beans are a good source of folate,vitamin C & A.
