Fish Recipe




Fish Fillet Ala king 

 





Ingredients



Bangus or any fish deboned and washed 

Corn starch and chicken breading mix 

Salt and ground pepper 

1 piece egg 

Oil for frying 


For the sauce: 

 


Evaporated milk/ all purpose cream 

Corn starch 

Grated carrots 

salt and pepper 

Chopped spring onions or leaks  



*Coat fish with mix corn starch and breading mix. 


* Dip into the egg. And dip again to the corn starch and breading mix.


*Fry until golden brown.


In a pan boil the evaporated  milk and cream.Seasoned with salt and pepper.


Add slurry ( water and corn starch mixture)


Stir well until it turn sticky.


Add grated carrots.


Pour into the fish fillet.


Sprinkle chopped spring onion
