  Ingredients 1/2 kilogram ulo ng Salmon hiniwa sa serving size  2 cups gata  3pcs siling berde  Chilli flakes or siling labuyo  asin  paminta  bawang  sibuyas  luya  mantika  water 2 kutsara tuyo  1 kutsara suka Procedure *Igisa ang bawang, sibuyas at luya. *Ilagay ang ulo ng salmon, lagyan kalahating tasang tubig, suka at toyo. *Hayaang kumulo ng 6 minutes. *Ilagay ang gata at hayaang kumulo hanggang maluto. *Timplahan at ilagay ang siling berde at kunting chilli flakes or isang pirasong tinadtad na siling labuyo depende sa gustong anghang. *Pagtapos ng isang kulo pwede na itong hanguin at ready na kainin.
