Fish Steak The Simple Way

 


Ingredients:


  6 medium slices of bangus ( milkfish)

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoon vinegar

1/2 cup kalamansi juice

1 tablespoon minced garlic

diced onion and onion ring

black pepper

oil for frying




Procedure


*Mix vinegar, kalamansi juice, soy sauce, garlic and pepper in large bowl.

* Marinate bangus to the mixture for about 4 hours,  but overnight marination is the best.

* Fry bangus until it turn golden brown.

* In a pan, saute garlic and onion. Pour the marinate sauce and boil for 5 minutes.

*Add fried bangus and simmer for 5 minutes.

* Remove from fire and top with fresh onion rings.
