Healthy Instant Noodles




            Bored eating instant noodles? Well, eating instant noodles not only unhealthy but also give us an "Umay"factor or nakakasawa. During this Enhance Community Quarantine because of Covid-19 the cheapest food Filipino can buy is an instant noodles.It range from 8.50 pesos, 10 pesos 11, or up to 15 pesos it all  depends upon the flavor and brand. It is always present in the relief goods given by the Local Government Unit as donations. Instant noodles sodium content is too high that's why when I cooked it, I only put half of the seasoning to minimize the saltiness.
         I cooked intanst Pancit Canton  and Mami with stir fry vegetables.  Carrots and beans is ok but cabbage is more ok because it adds crisp to the noodles.Malunggay and pechay also good but since cabbage is my favorite, I usually used it.If there is voting event between these vegies I will surely vote for cabbage πŸ˜†.Maybe some people  did it already but not all Filipino knew this healthy  way of cooking. We just need creativity and imagination.Just imagine you are a chief of your own restaurant trying to introduce your new dish.
        Just saute garlic and onion then your desired vegetables .Easy  yet affordable recipe.Every mother must try.
