Low Budget Canned Tuna Recipes

  Tuna Stuffed Okra  Ingredients 10 pieces Okra ( lady finger) 1 can tuna  flakes in oil any brand  1 piece medium egg  minced garlic and onion  salt & pepper or seasoning  Procedure *Remove tuna oil and set aside the tuna. *In a bowl mix tuna, minced garlic,onion,egg,salt,pepper and seasoning. *Cut Okra in a half and remove the seeds. *Put the mixture inside the okra. *Fry until golden brown. Tuna Pasta      With evaporated milk and all purpose cream Ingredients   1 to 2 can tuna flakes in oil  1/2  kilogram cooked pasta  onion  garlic  beef cube  bay leaf  Oil  Butter or margarine  evaporated milk or all purpose cream  Ground pepper Chili flakes (optional)  Procedure        *Saute garlic and onion and add butter until garlic and onion become a little bit brown.      *Saute tuna and add cooked pasta. Add tuna oil but it is only optional. I like it with tuna oil because it adds flavor.          *Add beef cube and mix well. Put bay leaf and ground pepper.         * Add chili flakes

Chicken Feet Soup Filipino Style

               Some people don't like eating chicken feet because it is discarded as waste product. They thought it is disgusting because live chicken usually step on their own poop even though it is well cleaned before cooking it. It looks weird and not appetizing. Some aren't familiar about it and how to cook it.                In Mexico, Peru,Jamaica,Vietnam chicken feet are cooked and eaten. China is the most popular in eating chicken feet. It can be found everywhere from formal banquet halls or in an ordinary eatery or at home. In Korea chicken feet is stir fried with hot chili sauce.They are often eaten as good serve with alcohol. In the Philippines  we called it "adidas" as it looks like the logo of popular shoe brand Adidas. Filipinos most popular way of cooking chicken feet  is marinated in a barbecue sauce and grilled like a barbecue. One of the famous street food sold in the street.           Chicken feet looks yucky but it is abundant with health benefits.
