But the reality is that some are unfortunate. I just want to share my simple and easy dessert for those having low budget this coming New Year celebration or even during ordinary day.  With just 3 ingredients your family will surely enjoy it. This approximately cost about 130 pesos.  Ingredients: gelatin powder  buko pandan flavor condense milk all purpose cream water Procedure: Boil about 6 cups of water and sprinkle gelatin powder. Stir well until it become a little bit sticky. Pour it in a molding container. Refrigerate until it become firm Slice into small cube.  Put condense milk and all purpose cream mix it well.   Ingredients :  Slice bread Canned Tuna Flakes/ tuna flakes in oil Mayonaise onion bell pepper Procedure: Flatten the bread using rolling pin but you can use plain glass.Set aside. Slice onion and bell pepper into tiny pieces. Add tuna and mayonaise then mix well. Fill the bread with tuna and seal the edges using fork. Fry until golden brown. Fastfood restaurant have their own way of cooking fried chicken.Having their own distinct taste and flavor which every costumer loved and made them buy over and over again.         Fast food chain like KFC, Jollibee ,McDonalds, Greenwich  ,Chowking ,Max's are among the fast food restaurant in the Philippines who offer  and serve different flavor of fried chicken. My simple version is just marinated with garlic and salt sometimes with instant seasoning coated with flour or cornstarch.
